Infocus Management Group has helped Sofitel Melbourne on Collins to achieve groundbreaking HACCP certification for their hotel. Infocus Management Group worked with Sofitel Melbourne to develop a HACCP Food Safety Program which complies with the Codex HACCP, an Internationally recognised 'standard' for food safety and quality assurance. Infocus assists in implementing and maintaining the program to International HACCP standards by facilitating HACCP team meetings onsite, liaising with NCIS auditors, conducting mock food recalls, organising microbiological verification and training staff.
